This digital gift card is valid only for purchases made on the official Vina Botanics website.
The gift card value can be applied toward any product in our store, including candles, accessories, and seasonal collections.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Any remaining balance on the gift card after a purchase will be stored for future use and cannot be cashed out.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of issuance.
After this period, any unused balance will expire and cannot be reinstated.
Only one gift card can be applied per transaction (unless otherwise specified at checkout).
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Discount codes or promotional offers may not apply to the purchase of a gift card itself, but can be used when redeeming the gift card for products.
Since this is a digital product, please treat your gift card code like cash.

We ship to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Canada and the USA. Standard international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges and remain the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. For charges and rates, please contact your country's customs office.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here via email or whatsapp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Except for faulty /damaged items, you will need to cover the cost of return postage to Brisbane (Australia) (with tracking) and pack the items securely with adequate padding to protect from breakages (ideally in the same manner it was sent to you). We will not refund until we receive the item back in tact.
