Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping times) after receiving your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the preparation of large orders or during busy periods and sales.
If you place your order during our closure periods, such as Christmas or other holiday breaks, your order will be processed after the reopening date announced on our website and social media. During the reopening period, please allow extra time for us to process your order as we may have many outstanding orders to fulfill.

We ship to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Canada and the USA. Standard international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges and remain the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. For charges and rates, please contact your country's customs office.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse via Australia Post. Please note that the following estimated shipping timing is a general guide only, as a high volume of orders, postal service problems, extreme weather events and customs procedures may cause delivery delays, which are out of our control. Therefore, we can not guarantee that your parcels can be delivered within this timeframe or by a specific date. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

For metro areas, standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD, 2-4 business days in SA, 4-5 business days in WA and 3-5 business days in TAS.
For rural, remote and other areas, NSW deliveries take 3-4 business days, VIC 3-5 business days, QLD 2-12 business days, SA 2-5 business days, TAS 4-8 business days, WA 5-10 business days and NT 4-13 business days.
