  1. When will my order be dispatched?

    We dispatch orders Monday–Friday, with same day shipping for orders placed by 9:30am Brisbane (Australia) Time.

    Please allow additional time for dispatch during peak promotional periods.

    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking updates.

  2. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

    Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns if you contact us within 14 days of dispatch, and the product is UNOPENED & FULLY SEALED, and in its original condition.
    Please note: You will need to cover the return shipping cost and original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  3. Can someone help me choose a fragrance?

    Absolutely! Our team are online 9am-9pm Brisbane time and are happy to help you navigate the collection. Simply reach out to us via email or Whatsapp here.

    Our products are a proud collaboration between Australia and Vietnam. At VinaBotanics, we take a "global artisanal" approach to our creations:

    • Vietnamese Craftsmanship: To bring our complex designs to life—especially our signature sculptural flower candles and hand-poured cement vessels—we partner with our Artisanal Studio in Vietnam.
