- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish candles before leaving the room, and keep them out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.
- Do not move lit candles. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials before lighting to ensure safe burning.
- Store candles in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Proper storage preserves their shape, colour, and fragrance.
- Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame rather than blowing directly on the candle. Direct blowing can cause hot wax to splatter, creating burn and fire hazards.

- Jar Candles: Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling, which shortens candle life. Use a heat-resistant coaster beneath the jar to protect delicate surfaces from heat damage.
- Decorative Candles: Remove all tags and ribbons before lighting. These candles are designed primarily for display and may drip when burned. Place them on a heat-resistant tray to catch wax and protect your furniture.
- Pillar & Taper Candles: For best performance, place candles upright in holders without glass enclosures. Narrow glass vessels trap heat, causing excessive dripping and reducing burn time. Light in a calm, wind-free environment for even burning.
