Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia):

  • Standard: Free standard shipping for orders over AU$69 and AU$10 flat-rate shipping for orders under AU$69.

International Shipping Rates:

We ship to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Canada and the USA. Standard international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package. 

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges and remain the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. For charges and rates, please contact your country's customs office.
Easy Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us here via email or whatsapp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Except for faulty /damaged items, you will need to cover the cost of return postage to Brisbane (Australia) (with tracking) and pack the items securely with adequate padding to protect from breakages (ideally in the same manner it was sent to you). We will not refund until we receive the item back in tact. 
Burning Instructions

For the best experience with your candles, follow these essential care and safety guidelines to ensure optimal burn performance and longevity.

  • Proper candle care extends burn time, enhances safety, and maximises the beauty of your purchase. Follow these guidelines for optimal results.
  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use to ensure an even, steady burn and maintain a clean wax surface. Never burn your candle for longer than 3–4 hours at a time, as extended burning can overheat the container and reduce candle lifespan.
  • Keep the wick centered while burning to prevent uneven wax consumption and soot accumulation. Always place candles on a heat-resistant, flat surface away from drafts, curtains, and flammable materials.
  • Jar Candles: Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling, which shortens candle life. Use a heat-resistant coaster beneath the jar to protect delicate surfaces from heat damage.
  • Decorative Candles: Remove all tags and ribbons before lighting. These candles are designed primarily for display and may drip when burned. Place them on a heat-resistant tray to catch wax and protect your furniture.
  • Pillar & Taper Candles: For best performance, place candles upright in holders without glass enclosures. Narrow glass vessels trap heat, causing excessive dripping and reducing burn time. Light in a calm, wind-free environment for even burning.
